Terms & Conditions: Membership fees can be charged weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Treatment eligibility for the month begins once four weeks of payment is received; if a payment fails or is late, the session for that month is held until it's resolved, but the membership itself stays active. Membership runs for a minimum term of 12 weeks, after which billing stops automatically with no need to cancel, and members may re-enrol if they wish to continue. Sessions are monthly, and any unused session rolls over and can be redeemed in a later month within the membership term. Members may switch between tiers once four weeks of payment has been completed, with the new tier taking effect from the next billing cycle. Memberships can be shared or transferred to another person. With eligible membership plans, the third session includes the tier's automatic upgrade to a longer treatment, which cannot be exchanged for a different benefit or paid out as a discount. Membership can be paused once per term, for up to 4 weeks, with 7 days' notice, and the 12-week term extends by the length of the pause. The 15% member discount applies to products purchased in-store and to additional treatments carried out on the date of your appointment booked outside the membership tier. Carol Priest may update these terms or membership pricing from time to time, with notice given before the next billing date.
