Shipping Information

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm NZST/NZDT on Fridays or on weekends will be processed on the following Monday morning. All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping cost

Orders over $100 (NZD) - Free express shipping
Orders below $100 (NZD) - Express shipping flat rate of $6.95 (NZD)

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days via NZ Post or PostHaste. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days.

In the unlikely event that your item cannot be located, you are entitled to submit a claim for the cost price of the goods provided that notification has been received within 14 days of the order.

For shipments outside of New Zealand, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or importing costs applied by your country of residence. Carol Priest Natural Cosmetics does not have control over these additional costs.
