Refund policy

We know you’ll love our products, but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your Carol Priest purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. To arrange a return, please follow the instructions below.

 

Change of Mind

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 7 days of receiving your order*, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.  Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Defective Product

If you believe you have received a defective product you may return the item within 7 days of receiving your order. For minor defects such as defective pump or contents, we may arrange a replacement or issue a credit accordingly. Refunds may not be provided if the product has been opened and used. The product must be returned at the buyer’s cost.

 

Skin Trouble

In the unlikely event that your skin reacts negatively after using the product, please contact us via email or by using the form. We may provide a full refund if your claim is submitted within 30 days of receiving the product and at least two-thirds of the product remaining. Please attach the evidence showing the issue is directly related to the product (i.e. photo of your skin, letter from a dermatologist).

If you are unable to obtain a letter from a dermatologist, we may arrange a replacement or issue a credit after assessing photos of your skin. The product must be returned at the buyer’s cost.

 

Returns Process

To arrange a return, please contact us via email or use the return form below. Please include your order number, reason for return and evidence. Alternatively, you may chat with our customer care bot. We will respond within 2 business days.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as we will need to arrange the return process for you. Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and assessed.

 

* The receipt date is the date the item was delivered, as shown in the tracking information.
