Our new loyalty program is now live!

We’re excited to announce that our updated Loyalty Program—My Carol Rewards is officially live! Thank you for your patience as we finalised the improvements. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

For our new customers or those who haven’t used our rewards program yet, joining is simple! Just create an account with us and start earning points towards exclusive discounts—up to 15% off on your favourite products.

What's New?

You have been assigned to a specific tier based on your all-time spend in our system since 2019. Your tier is permanent and comes with an automatic storewide discount of 3% to 15%*, which will be automatically applied when you sign in to your account.

*T&Cs and exclusions apply.

Due to system errors, your discount may not be reflected correctly. Or if you have used multiple email accounts in the past, your spending might be split, preventing proper tier recognition. If you believe this has happened, please reach out to us via email so we can look into it.

**NOTE: Your previous points have been converted into our new rewards system at the same value. You now have a new points balance, which you can use to redeem discounts (up to $50) or exclusive products at a special 10% off. Your current points will expire in 30 days, so be sure to use them before they’re gone!
