Membership Tiers
Discounts are applied based on accumulated spending. Due to system errors, your tier may not be reflected correctly. If you use multiple email accounts, your spending may be split, preventing proper tier recognition.

Birthday Gift
Coupons are issued on the 1st of each month. To receive your birthday coupon, please provide your birthdate. The coupon is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.
Neroli & Rose members will receive an email to select their complimentary gift. A response is required to confirm the choice; otherwise, the gift cannot be sent.
End-of-Year Gift
Neroli & Rose members will receive a small annual gift, but confirmation is required.
An email will be sent with details, and you must reply to confirm delivery, otherwise the gift cannot be sent.
Reward Points
Points are granted upon order completion (purchase confirmation). Reward points are valid for one year and will expire automatically if unused.
