Points can be redeemed as vouchers and spent online at carolpriest.com. All you need to do is to create an account. There are no other requirements to join, but in order to be eligible for a birthday reward, you’ll also need to provide your date and month of birth.
You can add your birthday by clicking on the "Celebrate a birthday" button on the rewards page. Alternatively, you can email your birthday to us so we can manually add it for you.
Points expire 12 months after they have been earned. We will send you a reminder when your points are about to expire, so you have plenty of time to redeem them for your favourite rewards.
Once redeemed for a discount voucher or product, it will be valid for one month, so be sure to use it before it expires.
Points are redeemable for discount codes to use on future purchases. 1000 points = $10 voucher, 2000 points = $20 voucher and 5000 points = $50 voucher. Points can also be redeemed for full-sized products in the Rewards Catalogue. Each item will have a points value assigned. Once you’ve unlocked a discount, you’ll automatically receive an email to confirm. Please see below for detailed instruction on how to redeem your points.
After signing in to your account, click the "My Carol Account" button. My Carol Rewards pop-up banner will appear, displaying your current point balance and tier.
In the rewards pop-up, navigate to the "Ways to Redeem" section.
This will open a list of available redemption options, including discount vouchers and free products.
Click the discount coupon or product you'd like to redeem.
Add the product to your cart and the discount code will automatically be applied at checkout.
