The winner (“Winner”) will receive a $150 discount code redeemable at www.carolpriest.com. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at the discretion of Carol Priest Organics Limited. All prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Carol Priest Organics Limited to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The Winner will be selected by a random number generator under the supervision of Carol Priest Organics Limited. The Winner will be notified via email within three (3) business days of the selection. Carol Priest Organics Limited is not responsible for any issues that prevent the Winner from receiving or responding to the notification, such as spam filters or incorrect email addresses.

Carol Priest Organics Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign if necessary, including due to fraud or technical issues. In such cases, Carol Priest Organics Limited may select the Winner from eligible entries received before the cancellation or modification.

Carol Priest Organics Limited reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Carol Priest Organics Limited reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Carol Priest Organics Limited and its affiliates from any liability arising from your participation in the Campaign or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

This Campaign is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Zealand. By participating, you waive any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney’s fees.
