If you believe you've received a defective product, kindly contact us via email or using the form below so we can arrange a replacement or credit accordingly. In your message, please include the following:
Your order number, a picture of the product and description of the defect.

To arrange a return, please contact us via email or using the return form below. Alternatively you can chat to our customer care bot. We will then respond to you within 24 hours.
Please ensure that your return is well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return items. Also, please include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method.
Once we receive your product, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are only able to accept returns for orders placed on our website. If you have purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your Carol Priest Natural Cosmetic purchase you can return any item within 7 days of order as long as it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
