Helped cleanse my chemical treated hair & irritated scalp
After moving back to HB, our local council's treated water causes irritation on my scalp, itchy, burning sensation, with some pimple like oil lumps. I have tried to manage my hair and scalp health for over a decade now, switching between a few dozen haircare brands ranging from hairdressers recommendations, medicated, plant based, organic, making my own, but still having to wash my hair almost daily to eliminate flat, lumpy, oily greasy hair with odour left by the chemical residue from harsh chemicals in commercial brands.
Recently, I decided to give the CAROL PRIEST haircare range a go, and so far after 2 weeks, my hair quality is slowly adjusting, needing a wash only every 2-3 days, reducing in irritation to my existing symptoms. To witness this within a short period is a huge improvement for me. Rosemary being the main feature in the shampoo, there are some supers nourishing holistic goodies contained in the bottle, my hair looks healthy and natural, even my body often feels softer after a shower these days. I looking forward to seeing my hair and scalp improving over a longer duration of use.

Clarifying shampoo
I was very surprised at how soft my hair felt after the first use. The shampoo felt like a clarifying shampoo. I use a lot of product in my hair to control frizz and define my curls and this felt like a really great clean. The conditioner has a gorgeous smell and my hair felt really moisturised. The shampoo is great but I didn’t particularly like the scent of it. The conditioner is lovely but could be a slightly thicker.

I loved the texture and lather,
It rinsed out cleanly, It felt too mild for me.
Definitely helped with my itchy scalp. I’ve not had problems with dandruff as such, but found this product really calmed my scalp.

My hair feels softer definitely.
My hair feels softer definitely. I also had way less itchyness/irritation compared to many other shampoos I had been trying out. The smell is amazing and calming. The shampoo doesn't have as much lather as I am used to, but it didn't effect how it performed so that's ok! :)

I loved it!
I loved the texture and lather, It rinsed out cleanly, It felt very gentle on my scalp.
My hair feels thicker and in better condition. I have had comments that my hair looks nice 🥰
